shareReturn of the Living Dead is classic. Young Frankenstein as well. A new one I just watched, Freaks of Nature, was a lot of fun.
shareMaybe a bit out of left field, but I think "Shadow of the Vampire" is very funny. It's about the making of the silent horror classic "Nosferatu" and Willem Dafoe plays the lead character in the film who may or may not be an actual vampire...

I guess it is hard to find funny horror movies in the same style as this one or cabin in the woods. I guess that doesn't really exist (Either movies are too cheesy and dumb and have "fart humor" OR they end up being too serious or end up relying on gore too much (instead of a good story) or end up just being remakes of the thing they are trying to make fun of (Like, instead of being a parody they just end up doing everything the 80s movies did)
I do not see what's funny about making a slasher "parody" when all they do is just basically remake that without any real jokes
