The scene with the marines going on aan rescue mission....felt like watching Aliens all over again. However, not a bad thing cause it's a good mooie...solid 8/10.

Yep definitely took a lot of inspiration from ALIENS but what film like this hasn't?

Many games take inspiration from ALIENS also. It is the go to movie to set your expectations from.

No complaints from me as ALIENS is my favourite movie right next to ALIEN as my 2nd favourite.

Totally agree. Every monster(s) in a box type movie or monster(s) with guns is going to bite off Alien and Aliens in some way. This one took an extra heaping helping.

What sci fi action movie involving platoons of soldiers and the supernaturaldoesn't steal from 'Aliens'?

Its just a genre defining movie, it created the mold.
