Ryan Dunn joke was out of line
Ignoring the fact that the rest of her jokes were just unfunny and rude, the Dunn joke was really out of line seeing as he just died 2 months ago. You could see how hard it hit steve-o. Seriously, what a bitch.

Steve-O showed up, so he had to know going in that people were going to make jokes, even if it was ones as dark as that.
There is always a double standard with this kind of stuff, you can't not be upset by some things and upset by others when it comes to comedy, there is no rules with comedy, if it's a joke, that's all it is.
George Carlin always talked about context and that's the important thing here, she used it as a joke and didn't mean anything serious about it, so to take it serious is missing the point of a roast.
