Did anyone else think that the Rammstein song did not fit?

reply

I don't even think it fit in the trailer.

It scared the *beep* out of me. I thought there was something wrong with the volume, so I turned it up and then the song came on.

Cant really express it as well as I'd like, but Rammstein's music hits very hard, loud drums, tight, in the pocket riffs, and Till Lindeman's voice is very..Commanding sounding? It lets you know that the subject matter of the film is about to hit you like a brick wall, much like Rammstein's music does.

I thought it fit perfectly. When you hear the song open the movie, it lets you know you're in for one hell of a ride from here on out, I feel.

They usually don't lol

It's been done before in Lilja 4-ever and it's an old Rammstein song. It was a lot more powerful the first time around.

OH MY GOD.

Maybe you should do some background research on the song, the lyrics, and the album from which it originated.

Then you'll get your answer.

I didn't like it either. Specially because all Rammstein songs sound the same, so it's like seeing the intro of that Triple X film or any other boring film with action scenes that have lots of loud guitars.

I love Rammstein, but I have to agree. It did fit in the closing credits (of Volume 1). It fit very nicely in the closing credits, just not in the beginning of the movie.
