Well you know its a good movie when it makes you think so hard! i totally loved this movie and the discussions its sparked with a bunch of my friends (those that i practically forced into watching the movie :D ).. theres so much that the director has left for us to fill in with our own imagination.. kudos!

Trollhunter is a great Norwegian faux-documentary about a group of people documenting strange occurrences that they think are caused by bears but they find out soon enough that it's something far scarier.

Chernobyl Diaries was garbage. This movie was way better.
The first half of CD was actually pretty good; great build up and pretty creepy, but then degraded into your typical cliche zombie movie, completely destroying the atmosphere they had worked so hard to create in the beginning.
Dyatlov Pass might have the same stupid zombie-esque *beep* but that was more of a subplot to the much more interesting teleportation/time travel abandoned experiment bunker plot line.
I would go with Blair Witch Project and Rec, especially considering how much this movie ripped them both off - especially BWP. Others would be:

Strawberry Estates
Noroi
The last Broadcast
Troll hunter
