Six questions about Selina working undercover

Why does Selina agree to put such objects onto her eyes? The weight of the cameras could blind someone, so Batman should not expect the contacts to be worn. How does the woman clearly see through the implants? How does she hear her partner over the racket? I observe that Selina is wearing an earpiece, but her location is so loud and the caped crusader speaks softly. She and the man don't seem to worry about the fact that she will sometimes be talking to a person who is not present. Why don't they consider that, and why does the matter remain unmentioned at the club? Several patrons notice that the ailurophile speaks to the air, but don't act upon it. Why does Batman make it sound as though his watching and listening to everything is a protection for Selina? He can't help her if she meets danger.
