There's the new rumor that the new film might have a younger DCEU Batman.

I think that the director already confirmed that the film will be set after the Justice League film.

A lot is said back and forward about this film. Director hasn't anything yet if it's before or after.

Yeah now that I reread the news that The Batman will be a sequel I remembered that it wasn't Reeves who said said it sorry.

If the character will be rebooted ok, but if the film would be a sequel I wanted Aflleck since he was a good Batman.

I liked him in "BvsS", but in "JL" he was clearly over it. I don't need to see him come back.

Still Ben was affected by the script though in JL. i think in this film with Reeves he could make a better job.

Im sorry, but I think an actor who gives a shitty performance because he doesn't like the script isn't doing his job properly, or earning his pay.

And he certainly doesn't belong in the DCEU, where all the scripts suck!

I have no idea if Ben is a good Batman or not. We simply haven't seen much of him being Batman yet. If he finally gets to star in this movie, we'll finally know. So far, i'd say he's done a passable job of standing in as Batman in huge effects driven CGI storms of nonsense.

Like Reeves he could make a better job than with Snyder.
