They're identical, mirror-image twins. Jonathan has been married and divorced, but Drew is a lifelong bachelor. However, neither is gay to my knowledge.

Drew has a girlfriend, who just appeared in the finale episode of Brother vs. Brother. Frankly, I do not care whether or not they are straight or gay. They manage to get the job done.
