Produced by Eli Roth will lose any credibility in the genre if he does not take more creative control over editing and pacing. This movie, potentially could have been awesome. Dark, moody and scary. But, and its a big BUT, this movie lacked all of the above. Some nice creature effects but aside from that, a little to over the shop. B for effort though.

This movie is better than any Eli Roth movie I ever saw, so I don't know why you think he ought to be careful with what he puts his name on, other than his usual garbage movies.

I guess for me, it did not hold it's appeal. Dragged on! For me, The Conjuring, got it right with run time and pacing, this...well...Meh :)
