1/22/17 Episode "Tell All, Part 1" Discussion Thread

Here's the synopsis for tonight's episode.

Season 7 Episode 10
The Brown family sits down to discuss this season's celebrations, confessions, and best moments, from weddings to catfishing, and stories of coming out.

Tonight's episode is 2 hours and is I believe the season finale but my synopsis did say Tell all part 1. I have a feeling the 1st hour will recap everything we've seen this season then the second hour will be the interview. I could be wrong and maybe the whole two hours will be the interview. I'm not real thrilled with having to see everything again after it was shown numerous times during the episodes original airing.

reply

I didn't watch the second hour because it wasn't anything we haven't been shown 100 times already.

This was so boring. Tamra would have cut straight to the core, and she would not have let them ramble on taking up precious air time. Best believe, Christine would have had an answer on why she was so upset, or it would have been on to the next topic of discussion.

Plus, I think they would have dressed better for Tamra. LOL.

Rewatching the kids make this food almost makes me throw up in my mouth. Everything they're doing is with their hands and Tony's hair is flopping around.

Plus, the other thing is Mykelti whines, 'Babe, did I do it OK'? She needs his validation for something so minor.

reply

I think she was just asking because it's food he taught her to make, traditional food he was raised on.

But I totally agree about the hands in the food thing. That always grosses me out, but I'm quite the germaphobe lol. I use food grade gloves when making things like meatloaf that require hand mixing.

My mother used to make things with her hands like meatloaf, but a lot of things were different then and if my relatives or friends were doing that now, I would watch and/or speak up about the condition of their hands. Plus your idea (about gloves) is good because another thing we didn't worry about was uncooked meat. I don't use gloves, but I never touch anything after I've touched uncooked meat before I wash my hands.

reply

I still do that and would never not ! Nothing on my hands could be more dangerous than raw meat ! I mean, unless I never washed them !
