Anyone else sick of playing the volume game, where you constantly have to turn it up, then down? Happened a lot in this movie. Anyway, I found this movie to be the most unrealistic that I've watched in a LONG time. Also, you know it was made by liberals (isn't almost every movie) because of the portrayal of southern white people as incestuous. Also very annoying? The constant sexism. In most movies, white men are portrayed as racists. But in this movie, there were no minorities so they went with the whole "war on women" theme. With liberals, there's always an agenda. Liberals have ignorant stereotypes of certain people (while they claim others do), and it really shows in their movies.

1) Southerners ARE dumb *beep* and most of them are incestuous.
2) I agree the sexism was ridiculous. I could see it happening in the south with dumb *beep* retard religious conservatives but not in the north.

I try to enjoy life, Richard. I try. That's why I do things like rent a movie. But when you can't sit down and watch one without a disgusting left wing agenda shoved down your throat, how can you enjoy it? These filmmakers are so full of themselves. No one rents movies for an old director's political views.

1. I just saw it on Netflix and the volume stayed at one level the whole time.

2. I never tend to judge films where they are portrayed in areas of the U.S I have never been when it comes to culture accuracy. Or any part of the world for that matter. Even though stereotyping might play a factor, it could easily be a lot like its portrayed in these films.

i had a problem with the volume too! it was annoying as *beep* because i live n a apt.
