Am I the only person who enjoyed this? *SPOILERS*

I loved it, from start till end, it's fresh, it tries to bring something new, the cinematography is great, the shots, great makeup, the bride is hot, even when she becomes infected, great and simple ending, eternal love.
I didn't care much about the story, cause the story was left behind, or maybe I just didn't get it...anyway, why people hate this movie so much?

I love the whole film. It's jumpy and quite intense. Plus the characters are actually likable, unlike most modern horror films. I definitely will watch it again. No doubt about it.

And the end was spectacular. I wasn't expecting it at all. Marvelous.

Just finished watching it. I love the first two movies, but as I felt REC 2 a little bit tiring with an overused formula, I think REC 3 is a fresh, though more classical take to follow up the saga.

Overall, a very satisfying horror movie, really well done in all areas.

Just finished it a second ago. I also enjoyed it immensely though its a complete departure from the series. Its the Army of Darkness of REC movies.

Everything was different direction, cinematography, acting, music, but really all for the better.

I walked in expecting a typical REC demon zombie movie and got something totally different but equality excellent if not surpassing the originals in quality.

If I were to suggest this to someone I really would compare it to the original evil dead vs Army of Darkness. Same pieces just put together into something new and unique.

I liked it too, for all the reasons already mentioned, although it wasn't what I was expecting when I went to see it.

I love zombie films and zombie-like films. My wife and I fell in love with the [rec] films. No this isn't as gritty as the first two(plenty of gore though), yet to us the ride was just as fun. We really didn't care who lived or died in the first two films, yet found our selves caring about some of the characters in this one. The added love story wasn't bad, the acting was wonderful, the love between the couple getting married, their friends, & family is very realistic. We found the acting in this film much more believable then any of Hollywood's horror films.

I love the way the director used mirror images(to know what I mean you need to see the film, no real spoilers here)& it kept it in line with the last two films. Unless you are overly picky when it comes to the horror films you watch, if you liked the first two [rec] films I'm sure you'll like this one as well. For those who may need to know, I don't speak spanish yet my wife does. The subtitles don't change anything for me when a film is done well. Btw, we watched it on Cox Cable, they now show certain films before released in theaters, pretty damn cool:)

I liked it too,its pretty entertaining and a lot better than the second one,the first is classic the second is sh!t and the third is entartaing, fun to see, it has not much to do with the story of the other two, thats why people are hating it that much

I hate the movie cause almost the half of the movie was going great, but the first sign the movie was getting bad was when the song "gavilan o paloma" was in the background of the bride getting the chainsaw, totally senseless, from there to the end of the movie the things got bad, I hate it cause was a great movie, and they end it cheap.
