I was kind of stunned by it. I wasn't expecting it and it just stopped me cold. I've seen a lot of horror movies and hideous things, but for some reason, this one just nailed me.
Anyone have a similar reaction?

Yeap, I was stunned too. Mediocre film, but the effects and make up were very good.
