To be playing Juliet. Let's be honest. She looks like a boy with make up and a wig sometimes. Those muddy small eyes... not a Juliet in my opinion.

i agree she way too damn ugly no joke not being sarcastic.. just in those pictures of the movie she looks like shes 15 and he looks gay

She is a good looking girl, but compared next to Douglas Booth, well, he is prettier, and usually Romeos are handsome, and Juliets are beautiful.
But here, Booth is pretty like a girl, and Hailee is not prettier than him.

I wouldn't say she's ugly at all, but maybe somewhat miscast as Juliette though. But one thing for sure, I doubt that anyother remake will find a Julliette that can fill the role as well as Olivia Hussey did back in 1968. I remember crushing on her since I was 12.
