Marv's killer *spoilers

The guy that killed Marv at the end was the SAME guy who asked for directions on the street. Marv was paranoid.....and he was right, they were out to get him. He knew that his long shot play was next to impossible. He was desperate and selfish. Sending Deeds into battle against Bob? Marv knew that the outcome was unlikely to come out in Marv's favor. One of the great acting jobs in the film(that was full of great acting) was by Deeds in his close to death scene. His icy demeanor turns into sheer terror as Bob shows him the stone cold killer that he was. He was over matched and knew it.

Pretty big spoiler in the title there.

Absolutely this part had me riveted., this is where we all see that Bob is a bad ass., Big Bad Bob as Chevka put it

When he was packing up the severed arm with the broken watch on it, and Marv says something to the effect of "you look like you've done that a hundred times" I knew then that there was more to Bob.

1. I hope some day you see this and edit your post's title to remove the HUGE SPOILER in it!

2. I agree about Shoenaerts' acting, esp. in that scene. His one head-blip when Bob says "I did" shows that sinking feeling we've all had at some point over something much less scary. Suddenly all his bluster is busted and he's up against a real dangerous guy. I had to watch that scene several times to really drink in all that emotion.

3. Another guy who stole some scenes is detective Torres (John Ortiz). He has some real menace to him, and corruption is dripping off him, too. But I even liked that female detective he hits on all the time. Everyone did a great job... even the dog(s)!
