Obviously , "scary" is subjective to the viewer, but I have to say, my wife and I both were scared for days after watching this! Absolutely frightening, one of the scariest movies I've ever seen and I am super excited to see Insidious 2(though Im trying not to have super high expectations, sequels have really been letting my down lately) We are seeing Conjuring tonight for the first time and Insidious 2 tomorrow, so Im hoping to really keep the scare level high until October 31st! If I dont respond by then, its because I dont want any spoilers!

I agree...the first time I watched it I felt like I was sweating and wanted to turn it off but continue watching at the same time. This was several months ago and we watched it again last night and I had the same reaction. Something about the atmosphere in the movie is scary from the get-go. That violin music, yikes. Very, very good.

Dexter: I would give everything to feel nothing again.
