Zack Gowen and Michael Stanger. Both didn't finish but they have overcome incredible odds against them.
shareMan, I cried when they did Michael Stanger's backstory. I knew about his wife's illness but it was heartbreaking to hear that both of their daughters have the same thing and will eventually go through what they see happening to their mother. Hopefully by the time the girls are older, there will be a cure or at least some treatment that will make things easier for them. From the story about his wife last year, I was frankly surprised but very happy to see that she was still alive. She is incredibly brave and Michael is a man among men for being his wife and daughters' rock.
