there is
'Gotham': Series from 2014-2019, featuring young batman and penguin

'The Penguin': Series starting in 2023, with the Penguin from the movie picture 'The Batman' from 2022

'Gotham Knights': Series starting in 2023

I had to bail on Gotham due to Mrs Will Smith's 'performance', but Robin Lord Taylor was entertaining.
