I am pretending to like this movie...am I alone?

No, you're not alone. This movie was the very definition of bloated and self-indulgent.

i like many of nolan's films, but I wont even pretend to like this one. I just dont care for it. it did what it needed to, but I'll never watch it again. Once was too much, BUT, this is not my kind of film anyway

Definitely not pretending here, I just don't like it period. It started off pretty well, got into it, but by the time the second half rolled around I was like, why am I still watching this? It was so insanely boring and what's with the loud music and accelerated pacing? This works for Interstellar and Inception, not Oppenheimer.

Sky high production quality but a boring story. I broke it up and used 3 days to complete it.

Why are you pretending? For whom? If you don't like it, just admit that you don't like it. I enjoyed it immensely. I'm not going to pretend I didn't.

I thought it was an excellent film. I wish there were more films like this to see on the IMAX.
