Pretty sure he did, thats why Morgan was so determined to kill him, then Morgan even told Henry straight up that Gavin is the one who killed his brother. So why is Henry STILL walking around asking which one killed his brother?

Jared killed Henry's brother. He's the captured Savior at the Hilltop that told Henry "I don't know what you're talking about, kid", and then layed him out shortly after and escaped.
