Not better than The Social Network.

I thought it was much better.

Pound for pound, the 2011 Oscars might have had the best group of films of all time. Any of them could have taken the Oscar.

I saw every one of them except Toy Story and all of them were good. However, I didn't care for Inception that much, it just didn't appeal to me, it had some great special effects though.

I didn't have a problem with TKS taking the prize, it's a great movie, but I do think TSN had a bigger impact on society than TKS. It spoke to more people and had a greater message...

At any rate, here's the full list of the movies nominated that year, and if I remember correctly, this was the first time we saw this many nominees for best picture...
