9 logos?
I counted 9 different logos at the start of the film. I've noticed something similar with a few other films but never this much.
Fucking ridiculous in my opinion.

it made me laugh, tbh. It's ridiculous that original low budget films need to 'pass the hat around' to get financed.
shareIf that’s what it takes to make an original/passion project film these days, who gives a fudge.
shareCould they not have had one screen with a wall of all the logos (which would seem reasonable with that many different investors)? Pretty sure the average punter just wants to get into the film. One or two logos are acceptable in my opinion but 9 just comes across as fucking ridiculous.
People would have paid to watch the film....not sit through 2 minutes of all that crap.
Each investor wants their time. If they didn't get that, they likely wouldn't invest at all.
shareA lot of small companies putting the money up. Must be a fair bit of work getting them all onboard.
shareI noticed that too lol. I even said out loud "how many companies financed this??"
It didn't bother me, but glad I wasn't the only one who it stuck out to.
I noticed this too, as I do with all horror films these days. I think it's a crime to show even one of these production companies' logos. Especially when you're presenting one of these 'found footage'-esque movies, it takes the viewer out of it seeing these slick 2020's logos. Just start the movie and show the cast and production company logos in the ending credits.
