Why Didn't You Like It?

For those who say they turned it off, didn't like it or didn't find it funny, why? I feel like if you thought it was that bad, you must have missed the jokes. There were a lot of them. Humor, of course, varies by person, so not everyone's going to find it funny. I'm just curious how something so good could be that bad to some people.

Much too exhausting - in too much of a hurry to let the viewer ever catch a breath. Bland humour (ok, I did chuckle a few times) and no real characterisation. The "message" was trite and badly delivered (the whole "real world" angle was just painful). The solution felt like a let-down.

I actually enjoyed the Lego Movie Game a lot more when I played it with my daughter. Even Batman was funnier in that one.

it was complete and utter cringe even for a children's movie. the dialog, delivery, premise, and narrative was very condescending. i was further disappointed by the fact that this film received near universal praise.

the part where the lego guy goes manic and starts building things and repeating the same line over and over was repugnant. the best part of the movie was will farrel, and that's saying a lot.
