Looks ok, but why the great reviews

shareRotten Tomatoes was always trash propaganda but now they dont even try to hide it or make it sneaky in anyway. The rating are pulled out of there ass and awarded to the highest bidder
sharetoo true, I don't read their "reviews" anymore
shareNot going to bat for this movie, though I'll say its enjoyable moments did outweigh its cringy moments... all in all I liked it. But are you two literally retarded? Rotten Tomatoes doesn't review movies, all they do is collect the reviews that are out there and do the math to get an aggregate average.
sharethey are quite selective of the reviews they collect.
shareSure they are.
shareTruth^^
share"Rotten Tomatoes didn't count the review in my boyfriend's blog! WAAAAAAAAAHHHHH BIASED!!!!!"
shareThere's also a lot of disparity between many of the (pro) reviewers and the reg viewers reviews and ratings. It looks obvious that certain films and shows they want to promote and others they want to discourage.
It is not without its bias.
There's always been a gulf between the opinions of "professional movie critics" and average everyday people. That was the case long, long before RT ever existed.
shareThe gulf has widened.
If you tend to agree with most critics than you wouldn't be digging into it as much as some of us have so you'd be less likely to notice..
I saw the movie on the strength of its critical raves. It was horrible.
