The film is woke for the reasons I stated in this post and another post. There’s no point in discussing anything about it with you as you’ve already shown in numerous posts you have some extreme bias towards this movie - going so far as implying it should win an Academy Award for Best Picture of the Year. (Laughable).
If my post and many other similar ones on here stop someone from seeing this movie that’s a win for me.

In what ways is it woke? Haven't watched it yet because I'm not as big on thriller/horror movies these days as I used to be, but from what I've heard, there are a lot of similarities between this film and an actual court case playing out irl at the moment. If that's correct, then I don't think tired and played out are fitting adjectives here.
