Well....other than the fact I must have clearly been living under rock.... otherwise I have no excuse why films like this one have managed to pass me by....I have to admit, finding the film Shaun of the dead to be a funni as fzuk....it was, indeed, a great time to stumble upon this film which, due to presiding under my rock, may have been why I had ne'er seen, let alone heard off until last month. (that I just so happened to record over the festive period and, today finally watched)
So, knock me down....when I settle down to chill out to this film, who'd have known two actors I have seen in other shows and films I like also turned out to be the main characters - IMO....proper....real bonus!....
....though eerily, as I type this sentence, those poor actors, may also read this and shudder too if they recall, just as I, a momentary flash back of the film 'Misery' with the well scripted line uttered from the lips of the mesmerising Kathy Bates....'I'm your number one fan'.....but hey, if they can make a show called 'stalker' then no doubt Tyler Labine (awesome actor and so funni in Reaper) and Alan Tudyk (I bow to this multi-talented guy - Con Man is hilarious too btw) are probably least concerned with reading the ramblings of their newly, self appointed no.1 stalker fan....he doth protest too much ....
If you enjoy a larf I think you will like this film - written in a way that I'd liken to be purposely scripted with an element of hilarity that accompanies anecdotal hillbilly / sorority / B movie horror (thrown into the mix) preconceptions....yes, it's a shame I was residing under my rock at the time of release but hey, who cares right, better L8 to the yacht party than missing the boat altogether...and IMO it's well worth watching again n again n well...u get the idea.....I am your newly self appointed no.1 fan after all ...
