Anyone seen this?

Is it good? Should I watch it? Tell me what to do!

I'm very tired of lazy MULTIVERSE crap, but if this comes around on streaming, I would try it.

MultiVerse is a lazy excuse for GOOD writing in that anything can happen at any time to fix any and everything. From bringing dead people back, the moving a story in a different direction. "I was going along, and then BAM multiverse changed all that!" SOO SOO SOO SOO Lazy!

It is on streaming now on Paramount+ in Canada and the US.

I decided to watch it and I liked it. 7/10 is my rating.

trailer looks decent. I'd watch it.

looks like Jordan Peele type movie, which I always like.

I don't care about the color of the people, if the story, the acting, and production is good. This looks watchable.

And why would you bring up the "color of the people"?

reply

You may not have heard, but its a thing these days.

Historically, white audiences are less prone to select an all black movie as those sterotypically are made to appeal to black audiences. That's a generalization and doesn't mean "EVERY".
My statement is meant to head off at the pass, those coming here and saying I didn't watch it or didn't like it because of the cast. That is simply not ture.

If you read my previous post, people could easily (and do) exchange "lazy multiverse hate" into "you're a racist and hate blacks in movies". Happens all the time here.

Again, I don't care about anyone's COLOR, if the story, the acting, and production is good.

But saying that makes me automatically a racist in some circles. There is no way to win at this.
