What is up with Christopher Robin's voice?

Could he possible sound any more British? ("Sillah ol Beah") Call me traditional but I wish they just went with the American voice he had in the Many Adventures cartoon, we don't have to make every last character in cartoon movies British. Yes I am aware he was supposed to be British in the AA Milne books but at least I didn't have to hear him out loud, and this weird voice is breaking Pooh tradition.

It's not the Britishness that annoyed me. I wouldn't mind what accent Christopher Robin had. But I grew up with this voice: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cH8wCDvNtcQ

So it was definitely jarring hearing a COMPLETELY different voice AND accent coming out of Christopher Robin's mouth.

Despite growing up with the old Christopher Robin voice, I thought this was an adorable change. It made me just want to hug him also it made him feel like a younger character then previous works.

I don't like CR's new voice., either. He sounds too young. (I like his British accent, though. It's really cute).

Kanga's voice was different, too. She sounds younger too.
