I was concerned for this movie...then I saw it was PG-13...

After seeing the rating of PG-13 I've given up hope for this film. I was dubious before but with a guarantee of no violence, I see no point.

It looks like a really crappy Underworld ripoff minus the awesome gore...wtf did they make this kinda movie PG-13 for?

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire: 7.5/10
Thor: The Dark World: 7.5/10
Gravity: 6.5/10

Frankenstein's Monster, demons, Gargoyles, and those pods contain attempted duplicate Frankenstein Monsters.

I'm still laughing about the third OP callings TDK the greatest movie ever made. You do realize there are 80 years of movies leading up to TDK right?

The percentage of movies that become better movies just because they are rated r instead of pg-13 is very low. Obviously some war movies such as Saving Private Ryan would've lost quality had it been PG-13, but a Frankenstein movie? Give me a break. A few gorey scenes would not have made or breaked this movie.

PG-13 doesn't mean there was no violence. There just wasn't any blood because when the demons were cut they turned into fire, and when the gargoyles were cut the emanated light.
