Please just stop..

They've beatin' this dead horse down to the hoof already.

With all that technology they still can't stop Judgement Day or the machines.

It's a new, quite different take.

A pretty shitty one, though.

It’s not new, and the only thing different are the characters. Instead of John Connor, it’s several kids. Instead of Sarah Connor, it’s some other woman. Instead of Marcus Wright or that androgynous-looking chick from Dark Fate, it’s some other amnesiac cyborg. And this time, none of them are white.

At least the women are still attractive, for now. I wouldn’t be surprised if season 2 hits them with the ugly stick, assuming there is a season 2.

The last 5 episodes brought a lot more interesting ideas.

A new AI that would compete with Skynet.
2 AI's that reach (in the end) different conclusions.
Are the humans worthy to not be extinct? What makes us "worthy"?
A lot more in depth talk about morality.
Can programed machines or AIs actually "feel" emotions and develop "sentiments"?

If you only focus on the action then I guess you're right, I'm just saying that has a lot more depth than just "go into past and kill that person so boom boom".
