Somebody tell Betty White her 15,000,000 Minutes of fame are up!

O.K. I get it. Betty White is Old and doing things that people 40 years younger are doing. I loved it when it was done in Grandma's Boy, Back To School, Going In Style, Stop or my Mom will Shoot, Cacoon, Cacoon 2, etc...

But I have seen her do the same Facebook joke three times this week. It really was cute on SNL, and the Snickers commercial. I am just pleading with her to perhaps think about moving over to let some of the other 100 year old actors have some work.

Betty White is indeed awesome and should never ever stop existing on tv/film/my dreams of world domination!

But the OP didn't exactly say anything horrible or vile about her, just voicing his/her opinion and people are loosing their *beep*

You're a troll! Betty White is an amazing actress. Oh btw, she wasn't on Stop or my mom will shoot it was Estelle Getty who was also an amazing actress. Get your facts straight man!

Betty White deserves every bit of attention she is getting. How trite is that to complain that an 88-year old comedic gem of an actress is getting some attention late in her career. Her role in this movie is small, not nearly the screen time she got in "The Proposal" for instance, so, BAUDinfluence - you'll be so happy to see so little of her in "You Again" -- I myself would have preferred to have seen a little more of her. Name another comedic actress her age who's part she's taking -- none. She's one of a kind !

As for the movie itself, it's very funny and it deserves some success. Excellent casting throughout, the preview crowd I saw it with was very entertained.

Amen. Betty White deserves every drop of attention she gets. She's a wonderful actress, and I only wish she were 20 years younger so we could have her for 20 years more.

I agree with the OP as well. It was cute when she did the character in The Proposal to an extent. But it's really just become stale and trite now. She should have done her role in that and retired while she was ahead. Now they're going to stick her in every single movie that needs a wise-crackin' grandma and after a while everyone will get sick of it. I know I am already.

Hasn't she been doing the "wise crackin' grandma" type of role for a while, anyway. If I remember correctly, wasn't she in Boston Legal, and basically played that same type of character. So it's been going on for a while, but I enjoy her.
