So quarantine that are infections for 5 days and walk around free for 5 days.

ROFL.

So in those 5 days they are not infectious or what? If you let them 5 days why not let them 10 days???

you either quarantine for the whole contagious period or you don't.

By the way, the social distancing thing doesn't work. You'd need to stand 15 feet away from another person for the virus not to fly over and hit them.
