I found that movie to be entertaining but just barely, and could have better. I was wondering how this one is, in comparison to get a sense of what to expect.

I'm honestly surprised by these posts. I really enjoyed ALVH and PPZ. The only reason I watched this movie was because of how much I enjoyed ALVH and thought I would enjoy this one just as much, but no matter how much I tried to I couldnt. Although P &P is popular and everyone knows the story, this movie had zero character development. The scenes were rushed and there was no climax. I was hoping they'd do more with the story but they didn't. ALVH at least tried to make sense in incorporating the supernatural with the Civil War. PPZ just wasn't as good.

I think the books to these movie were written with way more wit than the movies are actually being done with but Vamp Hunter at least had some stylized scenes. This just felt dull.

This is live acting. But from remembering it been awhile since see the other it was a bunch of slow motion cgi action in it.
