It was Cobb, and the guy standing over him was the same one who "repaired" Fennec Shand.
Yep. Timothy Olyphant will be back as a cyborg gunslinger. Sure, why not. (Don't really care for all this cybernetic stuff in the Star Wars universe. They're kinda going nuts with it. A replacement limb or two, sure. But full on Robocop? It waters down the uniqueness of the universe. Turns Star Wars into generic science fiction.)
