Was the terrain around Luke's temple different?

...in "The Last Jedi" than the temple under construction in chapter 6? Someone on Youtube said that it is, but I'm unable to spot any difference.

Who cares?

This is a chance to make the sequels disappear or at the very least not matter.

"Hey Dave, make sure your TV shows fit into the worst movie ever made."

This is 100% delusional. You Locas Loyalists are Coo Coo For Coco Puffs.

Shut up, Reylo, Rian Johnson is never getting his trilogy so go cry about it.

It will be a cook book

They attributed a lot of importance to that baby yoda "choice" scene. I have a feeling Star Wars is going to explore divergent timelines. All stemming from that singular moment. The terrible sequels will still be canon. But so will a new continuity. And they'll probably jump from one timeline to another in some future Star Wars project.

I'm never watching the movies again, but I thought the only time we saw the temple was when it was on fire? It was my impression the planet Luke met Rey on was a totally different place.

reply

Yeah, the only time we see it is on fire in the dark, so it's difficult to spot any differences when comparing the temple shown in Book of Boba.

Luke's temple is on a different planet than the one he ended up meeting Rey Palpatine on.

reply

Different worlds all together , The Last Jedi was set on Achh to, this is a different planet altogether

reply

Achto is where Luke ended up, but his jedi Academy on another planet was briefly shown burning in a TLJ flashback.
