I got about halfway through the first episode. Flat, uninteresting characters, slow-paced and poorly choreographed action, poor set construction and cg: galaxy is too “clean” and doesn’t looked lived-in, costumes are too clean, and don’t look like they’ve been worn before that day’s shoot, dialogue is nonsensical and slow - there are. Pauses. After. Each. Sentence. Lines are delivered with little to no emotion.

I’ve not been impressed with anything Disney Star Wars has produced outside of Rogue One and Andor.

The acting is impressively terrible. And for sure any comiccon has better looking costumes than this. The Sabine actress is very sexy. I can't believe we have another plot hinging on some lost map to find a fool. This was dumb as hell the first time they did it. Anyhow, this is fairly watchable. They may have spent too much money on this, but it's still just a tv show. I don't have high expectations.

The only purpose of any of this stuff is to get women, LGTBQ, Latinos, Indians, whatever on the screen.

And it's fine giving them more acting roles. But, the thing is that they are just as boring as any white, any male, any straight.
