shareYeah, age may have something to do with the decision. Lets say one of them still dies around like their 40's or something. The other will still have a long life to live. Might as well just jump in the pod. But let's say they both live into their 90's and one just dies first. Why not just die a long with him for a "The Notebook" ending.

But can they actually use the repair bed anytime they want so they can live healthily like maybe for 500 years (or until they were bored of life)? Because the bed looked really powerful, it can even revive a dead man.
