It's a film with an interesting premise and some solid moments, poorly executed. For large segments of the film its unintentionally comedic, and laughably bad to boot.

It's far from a masterpiece. It has some great moments without doubt, and the premise is fantastic, but the overall execution of the film is poor. It *could* have been a masterpiece had it been better conceived.
