Street Kings is TERRIFIC! And Keanu's understated, complex yet snarky Tom Ludlow is perfect for that role. Also, i loved Point Break, and his Johnny Utah was great. Speaking of Johnny's, his Johnny Mnemonic was excellent, and let's not forget one of the best superhero film trilogies ever, Neo and the Matrices. He nails that role to ultra perfection. Just because he's sullen and understated doesn't mean he can't act. Sure, he's no <state your favorite most talented actor's name here>, but he pulls his weight just fine. Plus, as far as action heroes go, he's one of the Best ever. And as a movie star, he's not an arrogant prick like Patrick Stewart (whom I've met, and who IS a prick), nor an egomaniac like Tom Cruise (who I love as an action/ movie star). He's really low key and a good guy, so stop being a judgmental jerkoffsky, or worse, don't be a Ben Sullivan...

Sweet Jesus I wrote that comment some three years ago and forgot all about it. Didn't realise that so many were effected, so many sensitive dorky types in the US.
But hey could be worse, at least I won't have Trump as my commander in chief finger hovering over the nuclear switch while building fences to keep just about everyone out. Hey maybe Keanu could make a movie about it.

Boy this post aged well. Keanu is without a doubt one of the most popular actors of 2019. He’s a genuinely nice person, too.
