Multiple violations of the laws of physics
Let me count the ways:
1 - You cannot shrink anything like that.
2 - Even if you could shrink something, the lost mass would be converted into energy (E=mc(squared)). In other words, you would produce a huge explosion.
3 - The minion given the anti-gravity treatment would not be anywhere near the moon. He would be on his way out of the solar system.
4 - Anti-gravity seems pretty unlikely anyway and may well be impossible.
5 - When the moon was restored to its normal position it was not given any orbital velocity. The result should have been the moon falling down onto the Earth and basically killing everything.
