How is this garbage getting a 6 rating????

This blasphemous pile of junk is just abysmal. Besides resembling the Turtles in neither narrative nor appearance, the rest of the movie is a plot hole inside a paradox, cooked up by a group of guys who's only real exposure to Ninja Turtles was a few fuzzy Saturday mornings after a drinking binge in college. Like every other Platinum Dunes production, every change makes no sense and takes away from what the source originally was. In a franchise that is ripe for the age of special effects and great story telling, as a fan I feel more than just let down and betrayed...enough of my fan-boy bitching. All said and done how the *beep* is this POS getting a 6 out of 10???

2/10....This isn't even a movie. Just some fast action scenes. Stop mauling the past dudes! Make up of your own stories.

Consider this. When you watch TMNT 3 (considered the worst up to now), you still get some insight into the era that spawned it, some real shots, some real dialogue, some real faces, there is something to be had. Why the hell would people wanna watch this poo in 20 years or so? There will be absolutely zero value in this experience. Maybe in a "idiocracy" future that could happen.

I give it a 4, this movie hit me right in my childhood.
Full of plotholes, splinter was lame, Megan Fox is always good for the eyes but man, she can't act. The turtles were good in some scenes specially in the scene with the 99 cheese pizza and the flashback, but that was all. The only positive aspect in the film was the fight in the snow, the rest was just generic action.

This movie was straight up a slap in the face to any turtle fans. It was quite possibly worse then the out of the Shells tour special or the christmas special. Definitely worse the the Next Mutation Series.

Says someone who gave The Lion King 1/10, Return Of The Jedi 1/10, Empire Strikes Back 1/10, Jaws 2/10 then rates Christmas with the Kranks 9/10?

Are you seriously saying that Christmas with the Kranks is better then those films?

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Movie, 8/10? Better then the Lion King?

Glad to see I'm not crazy judging from most the posts. And, Brewernaut, how did the 1990 movie mess with the origin??? It was actually more true to the origin than the cartoon series at the time was???
