I'm not sold on her either. There's a lot more to Galinda than just being able to sing. I don't think she has the acting chops or charisma to do the role justice. But I will hold judgement for now.

She looked her best around 2011-2012, when she had red hair and less tan. She wasn’t so thin back then

They really must have had her sucking helium to talk like that. And last time I checked, Glinda never had a voice like that in the 1939 film, so why would they portray her younger self with a helium voice?
