(spoilers) Was that 'stunt' by Bruce during car crash scene POSSIBLE?

Of course it's impossible - the way it was shown.

He didn't just "step out" of a spinning car, he stepped out of a car that was spinning IN THE DIRECTION HE STEPPED. That's impossible because of the momentum his body already had (he'd fall on his face) and the speed of the car coming TOWARD his legs.

If the car had been spinning in the OPPOSITE direction, i.e. away from his back, it would've looked much more plausible.

No it is not possible. How many individuals do you hear about that step out of cars and don't get hurt? If you know anything about wrecks, you know that one can be thrown out of a car, due to the momentum of the crash. Same principle here. Granted, Bruce Willis' character was not in a wreck, but the car was still in motion. When he steps out, the momentum of the car is suddenly gone, and he is walking. No way. The momentum created by the car would have made him at the very LEAST stumble and/or fall down, much less just drop into a trot and start shooting.
