seriously? the door are supposed to be broke down by some kinda chain saw? and the window glass, so fragile, i mean, if i pay that much money for an apartment, at least the window should be bullet proof right?
Many many great points guys. I have little doubt that an arms dealer wouldn't have a panic room and high grade bulletproof windows, and yes, there is bullet proof glass that could stop many weapons. You think the president is rolling around in a car that can be so easily compromised? In any case, considering the fact that Eddie bought the place explicitly for the reason of protection from THOSE GUYS, it's hard to believe he'd neglect that. It would not take much intelligence at all to have an actual secured bunker for a place you refer to as a bunker -_- Hell, with how smart and rich the Russian mobster was(he loaned 100k to a stranger), it would have been better if he "rented" a normal helicopter and repelled down onto his balcony with a couple guys. It would have been a better method and he'd be a lot less exposed and also there wouldn't be a gaping plot hole. He definitely was smart of enough to know this. For his current knowledge in certain matters the NZT would have given him crazy ideas.
I would agree with you on the price, but I think they just assumed that the audience would just say "wow, that's a lot of money", and that's that. The more important part is that it was an arms dealer's bunker so........I would suppose then that he and Eddie both got punked on that one. Hey, maybe the arms dealer also got killed by russian goons and that's why the penthouse is for sell and also how they knew exactly how to get in so easily! Eureka!
