I'm pretty sure prostitution is legal in some Mexican states. You'd go somewhere legal, not some sketchy place like that where the girls are clearly sex slaves.

When Rambo goes to the brothel to save his girl, he starts hitting the guards with a hammer in the head, and even some customers are hit in the balls, even though they aren't a threat to him...
Why the hell did he do that? Imagine being an shy, awkward guy, who is constantly rejected by women and the only option for sex is going to a brothel. And just when you are preparing to have sex, an old crazy dude appears out of nowhere in the room and starts hitting your crotch with a hammer - yikes!

There would be no sex-slave prostitution business if there were no customers. They're a big part of the problem and they're the ones fornicating with Rambo's niece; so he shows no mercy.

I agree. One can quarrel about the ethics of patronizing the sex trade. (And let's be honest" There are a LOT of things that people consume which, if you follow the supply chain, ends with something unethical.) I think in this case it would have been rather obvious to the johns that this was indeed an unethical sex trade. (And yes, I do believe that the sex trade can be ethical, and I support the rights of sex workers who do it buy choice.) So, the johns deserve condemnation. But death and mutilation as their punishment? Ah, no.

The bigger issue is that this spoiled the character of Rambo. And one other thing: the gangsters showed him mercy by not killing him when they could have. Rambo showed zero mercy for anyone, no matter what their degree of involvement. Just automatic, sadistic death to everyone.

It's hard to get behind a character's "justice" journey if they're like that.

FACT: It was not a massacre it was justifiable homicide. Prove me wrong.
