A lost arm in this environment would be a death sentence...

...No antibiotics. No doctors. No pain killers. Lack of clean bandages. Reduced effectiveness of the immune system due to accumulated radiation. You'd be ripe for an infection, no doubt. Not sure how you'd heal up in this environment but it certainly would be slowly. You couldn't simply fit yourself with a prosthetic and be A-OK again. I just assumed during Fury Road that Furiosa was born without an arm in this environment, which would make sense. The idea that she painfully lost her arm, healed up with minimal medical care/facilities, designed and built her own prosthetic steampunk arm with just one hand, and seemingly shook it all off rather quickly isn't all that realistic. Agree/disagree?
