1. You can gain maximum laboratory access by acting like you belong there.
2. Everyone in Manilla speaks and understands English perfectly.
3. You can be shot multiple times and still get back on your motorcycle and ride like nothing happened.
4. Before a fake suicide set-up, you have to give a fake diagnosis on why the person can qualify.
5. You can take passport photos with your glasses on.
6. You can cut lamination perfectly out of the plane safety sheet, and reuse it.
7. You can tackle a wolf with your bare hands

40. Filipino kids have seen it all, they are unfazed by anything hollywood can throw at them.
41. Filipino women on the other hand freak out at white women who are sweaty and crying.
42. If the govt. decides to create super intelligent spies by giving them brain enhancing pills then they will find the dumbest guy possible and give the pills to him.
43. If you're trying to catch a ferocious wolf, the best thing to do is to tell him to go away.

42. I've thought about this one... I think it's that he was so willing to go along with it. If they kept giving it to people who were already super smart action guys (David Webb, apparently) then they would risk continuously running into the Bourne issue again and again. He was probably marked as a good candidate because he was desperate to be apart of the program. I mean, the rest they can train him for, but that desperate loyalty has to be hard to come by.

Also. What would be the point of making someone super smart, super smarter?

You are right! But that's *not* the point.
The point is: What would be the point of giving supersmart pills to someone superdump if even with the supersmart pills he remains superdump (as is obviously the case) !?

I am pretty sure missiles travels as much as 3 times faster than sound there is no way he could have heard it before it hit.

Correct they heard the drone, as it is a fairly short ranged missile and would only take a few seconds even if fired at maximum range. And that specific missile also only travels slightly above the speed of sound.

correct. besides, that's the reason for why noone ever gets killed by drone strikes in Afghanistan and Pakistan ... because they can be heard beforehand.

If you mean that scene where Cross "slides" down into that narrow alley - that one actually does work. Some folks on a TV program here in Germany actually tried it, doing some Bourne myth-busting, and - it did work just like in the movie.

21. If you make a list of "things you learn from a movie" and one of the lessons involves the percentage of the population of the Filipines that speak english, half of the rest of the posts will be people correcting your assumpttion that the percentage is very low.

53. If one of your Program's assets goes rogue, just activate the experimental subject that part of your team didn't even know about.

54. Before you kill all assets connected to your program, keep the best one alive just in case you need to clean up your mess.

55. If you're waiting to meet someone for your fix, just hide in the closet. You never know when you'll be in the right spot to stop a fake suicide.

It's MANILA, english is philippines second language aside from Tagalog, so majority of people there can Speak and Understand english perfectly.

60. You do not need to see the first 3 Bourne movies to "enjoy" this one.
61. Cameras are a lot shakier in the Bourne Universe.
62. Introducing new characters in the 3rd act (especially major pieces of your climax) is a complete NO-NO for all aspiring writers; But perfectally acceptable for those that are out of better ideas.

I swear this was the thing that I questioned the most.
How the %&#$ did he get in her kitchen pantry, anyway, without being seen or heard on the way to her house?
How did he know to BE in her kitchen?
Why didn't he hide in her basement or upstairs somewhere?

My guess is he was watching when she went outside to meet the "interrogators" and then snuck into the house. Why the kitchen pantry I dunno. As good a place as any? Maybe nowhere else to have an interrogation?
