There was a scene last season I think where homelander tells her she can try and see if her ability could work on him, but that if she did and it failed he would punish her. Im guessing his tough body and organs might not actually be affected by her ability.

Stormfront was extremely tough, a super powered Nazi baby but Homelander is essentially Superman with a misguided moral compass.
Three Stormfronts could not beat Homelander.

20 Neumans could not defeat Homrlander.
