We wish they'd leave out the rated-R content......

.... in almost ALL movies. The rated-R gunge usually isn't worthwhile, limits the shows audience, and does no good long term.

I thoroughly agree. They have an interesting story, but they had to pollute the beauty of the nature they experienced, by assaulting our ears and souls with obscenities and lewd actions. It was unnecessary and without warning. Movies from years ago were quite entertaining WITHOUT filthy language. In fact, had they been allowed to make a movie with such words then (the code did not allow it), the movie would have been banned in places, and if played, few people would pay to watch it. Our culture is rapidly sliding into hell.

Some people do talk that way, because they have a hole in their souls, and they lack the intelligence and creativity to express themselves without the laziness of using filthy language for half of what they say.

Each of us is a sinner, separated from God because of our violations of his laws, and deserving of eternal punishment. But God offers us a way to have eternal peace and life with Him. Jesus, the Word of God Who became a sinless human to show us the love of God the Father, perfectly fulfilled His primary mission: He died for our sins to remove them, was buried, then rose again to be able to offer us eternal life, IF we will accept His free offer and commit our lives totally to Him. He proved He is the resurrected Lord by appearing to over 500 eyewitnesses, throughout 40 days (before He ascended back to the Father), during which He walked and talked with them, let them examine His nail-scarred hands and feet, and the spearwound in His side. He even ATE with them! Visions or ghosts DON'T EAT!

Ask Him to forgive all your sins, and commit your life to Him.
He will give you new, eternal life!

Since the original post says "in almost ALL movies" and says nothing specific about the this movie, it would be more effective to create the discussion somewhere appropriate.

if this was 1993, it would have been PG/PG13
