I keep thinking it will get better

But the writing is just so ridiculous it makes me wonder if it's being written by teenagers. It's like their ignoring quality and deliberately aiming for so bad it's good. Season 2 episode 7. I don't what i found more humorous.

The milquetoast psychiatrist winning a hand to hand battle with a 10,000 BC trained brutal warrior much bigger than him by psyching him out i guess or the ATV fiasco which made me laugh when i watched it because it was just so dumb. Amazing how the agents could hit the ATV's but not the people on them. Note to agents. Aim 2 inches higher.

2x12. Wait. So the Indian guy Macguyvered a plastic water gun into a flame thrower. Really. This show takes ridiculous to a whole other level.

It does have some very, very ridiculous stuff in it. But time travel is impossible to begin with, so don't have high expectations!

What I liked about it was the family stuff, getting to know the characters, the going back to the 1980s and 1960s and (spoiler in the rest of this sentence...) I was genuinely sad when they wrapped it all up nicely (although a bit rushed) at the end and I wouldn't get to see those people together again.

The most amusing thing about it for me (being an Aussie) was seeing all those Aussie actors putting on American accents and saying, "Hey," constantly to each other. It must have been said about 20 times each episode when someone would walk into a scene.

I watched season 1 and it was OK, but season 2 reminded me of shows from the 90s and it was just too much, so I gave up after 2 or 3 episodes.
